The news that AT&T has opened up it’s wi-fi hotspots to their US iPhone customers for free around the country has been buzzing around today. And this is not the first time either.
AT&T has annonuced this, taken back before. It started again this morning when someone spotted a page on AT&T’s website announcing this. But, later in the day after this news made the rounds a AT&T spokesperson has denied that they have nothing to announce yet and have pulled the incriminating page since.

We got our hands on a 16GB iPhone 3G (white) this morning from a AT&T store and here are some unboxing pictures for your eyes! w00t!

Apple and AT&T have decided to close the stores early on Friday to prepare for iDay launch at 6:00PM.
AT&T stores close early around 4:00 or 4:30PM.
Apple stores close early around 2:00PM.
Not sure if it matters as people are probably in line already and or getting their sleeping bags out right now to get in the line tonight.

AT&T, formerly Cingular, has announced the service plans for the much awaited much anticipated phone of the decade. Here is the low down on it from AT&T:
AT&T pulled a surprise move contrary to the popular predictions of wallet unfriendly plans for iPhone. The basic plan with 450 minutes and unlimited web access for $59.99 is not that bad.
But, the 200 text messages might not be well liked by folks using SMS a lot. Shelling about additional $10 for 1500 text messages or $20 for unlimited text messages is not so …
