Digits is one of those Apps that make you wonder why it wasn’t included in the iPhone OS natively.
Digits lets you quickly add a phone number to a contact. And that’s it. It lets you quickly type in a phone number with the big numbers as you seen in this screenshot. Then you enter a first name and last name and then you save it to your Contact.

I have a client who has been fussing around with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) but you cannot downloaded to iPhone and need an Internet connection to view them. The client’s system administrator is still getting caught up and trying to create user guide for account settings. This looks like a much easier solution but I’m not sure the shared directories of the client’s contact management system. It could be all over the map. Thanks for sharing this information.
