I am so excited. DropBox iPhone App is here! Well almost.
DropBox team just announced last night that they have submitted the iPhone App last week for Apple approval and now playing the waiting game.
DropBox is a free file sync app that can keep your important files synced between your multiple computers and also provide you access to those files from the web. You can even get a portable DropBox.
DropBox right now has a iPhone friendly web interface.
The only thing I was waiting for DropBox was a DropBox iPhone app and it is here.
DropBox iPhone App Features
Here are a few features that will be there in the app once its approved by Apple.
- DropBox on the go – access all your DropBox content on your iPhone. You can even stream music and movies to your iPhone from DropBox!
- Download files for Offline viewing – Add your files to Favorites and access it while you are offline. Great while traveloing.
- Sync your Photos and Videos
- Share links to your files in your Dropbox right from your iPhone
- Photo Galleries – just like the online galleries
DropBox team says this is just the tip of the iceberg and that more cool features are coming to DropBox in the future iPhone App versions.
I say Hell yeah!
