iTunes AppStore has been seeing a lot of additions in the last couple of days. We have been watching keenly and bring to you a list of free juicy apps based on their category. Check out these cool apps and hopefully you’ll find something you like.

Finance :

1. Bloomberg
   Bloomberg offers stock quotes, company descriptions, market leaders, intraday and historical price charts. So you can get the world’s financial information in your hands using bloomberg.

Social Networking:

1. Blue pulse
   Bluepulse is a very cool application. It’s an mobile Im to chat with your friends, share photos and videos . Bluepulse is integerated with iphone adress book so you can send Bluepulse messages to any phone number or email address stored on your phone.
2. Plum
   Plum is a fun way to connect with your friends , family and co-workers
3. Twittervision:
   Twittervision  is a fun way to watch tweets from around the world displayed real time on a map.
4. Twinkle
   Twinkle is a Twitter client that supports uploading pictures and chatting with people nearby.

Lifestyle:

1. Catholic Calendar
   Liturgical calendar for every year from 1970 to 2300 and beyond.
2. Book Search
   App by campusbooks4less.com that lets you search online for prices of books using an ISBN number, the book title, an author or a keyword.
   

Travel:

1. Fahrplan
   Displays up to date timetable information for German public transport.
   

Navigation:

1. iWant
   An app like Yelp that lets you find restaurants, movies, bars, etc around you with reviews, contact info, etc.

Utilities:

1. Fiatlux
   Yet another flashlight app.

2. MyTo-Dos with email support
   A cool to-do app with the familiar iPhone Calendar interface. You can create lists and email lists to friends and family.
3. Tanjas SOS Flashlight
   This flashlight utility also sports a SOS light and it can have different colors!
   

Productivity:

1. Go Figure Lite
   Create your own calculations by setting up variables and formulas plus get many built-in calculations so you can use it right now.

Photography:

1. Pangea VR
   Allows you to download and view 360 degree VR panaromic photos and interact with them.

Entertainment:

1. HaHaHa
   Seems to be a campaign for the movie ‘The Dark Knight’. Lets you dark knightifiy your pictures.

2. More Cowbell
   Not sure what this is but it lets you have more cowbell!
   

Business:

1. Mocha VNC Lite
   My favorite app of all. If you have a VNC server running on your desktop/laptop, you can remotely control your computer from your iPhone. Nifty.
   

Games:

1. Moonlight Mahjong Lite
   3D version of the classic puzzle game Mahjong Solitaire.

2. Riddle Racer Lite
   You get to try this puzzle game. It contains 1 puzzle from each level for you to try before buying.
   

Education:

1. Mandelbrot
   Explore the Madelbrot set with finger taps.
